3. Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery services are available in selected areas within Dubai.
• Delivery times may vary based on location, traffic, and order volume.
• Al Kabab Factory is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• No refunds will be issued for orders once they are prepared and delivered.
• If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please report it within 30 minutes of delivery with proof (photo) for resolution.
• Refunds or replacements are offered at our discretion.

• If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us before placing an order.
• Al Kabab Factory is not responsible for allergic reactions due to undisclosed allergies.
